What does this cost?

Can I use an HSA/FSA account?

Absolutely. Our patients often use their HSA or FSA for all products and services we offer.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy applies primarily to Concierge memberships. You may receive a refund on the remaining balance, minus a service fee. Please contact us for more details.

Do you offer discounts for military personnel and first responders?

Yes, we offer a discount for military and first responders. Contact us to learn more about our current discount options.

Are payment plans available?

We offer a discount for upfront payments, but for added flexibility, payment plans may also be available. Contact our office to discuss payment options.

Do you accept insurance?

While we currently run labs through insurance, our services are otherwise out-of-network. Some insurance providers may reimburse for out-of-network services.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA/FSA cards, and ACH bank transfers.

Working With Us

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, your initial consultation is completely free. We value building long-term relationships and are here to answer your questions.

Do I need to visit in person?

No. While we have a physical location in Flagstaff, AZ, we can meet all of your healthcare needs through telemedicine, phone, and text. We’ll coordinate blood work locally, and your medications and supplements are shipped to your home or office.

Who is my provider?

Dr. Brandon M. Chastant and Aaron Shaw, GNP, oversee our Men’s Health program. Dr. Kristin Austin manages our Women’s Health and Weight Loss programs.

What is the difference between an NMD and an MD?

Can I add my spouse to my plan?

Yes! You can add your spouse to our Concierge Family Program for an additional fee.

Is there a referral program?

Yes. We deeply appreciate when our patients share their experiences online or on social media. As a thank-you, we offer a referral gift as a token of our appreciation.

What states do you serve?

We currently serve Arizona, Utah, California, Texas, Montana, and Washington, with Texas and Colorado coming soon.

How do I communicate with my doctor?

We prioritize excellent communication. You can schedule a call or reach your provider via email or text for added convenience.

Hormone supplementation can be safe when monitored by an experienced provider. Please discuss your specific needs and any concerns during your consultation.

Can I order labs whenever I want?

While we have a general lab schedule, you can request labs anytime as needed. Lab protocols vary for insurance-based labs, cash payments, or Concierge members.

What lab providers are available?

We work with Quest, LabCorp, Boston Heart, and Cleveland Heart Labs. Our goal is to shift to cash pay with Cleveland Heart for the best value.

How often are labs needed?

Labs are generally conducted every 3–6 months, depending on your medication protocol.

What pharmacies are used?

We partner with reputable pharmacies for our patients. Contact us if you’d like details about our pharmacy partners.

How do I get a refill?

We’ll send reminders when refills are due. For quick service, just call, email, or text our office to request your refill.

How quickly do medications ship?

Most medications arrive at your door within 3–10 business days.
